• Guest list and RSVP management

• Assistance with seating charts

• Ceremony Directing and Rehearsal

• Detailed wedding day itinerary

• Set up and tear down

• Day of coordination with 12 hours of coverage

• Must be contracted no less than 6 months prior to event date.

• Full use of select decor inventory

• Ceremony Directing and Day of Rehearsal 

• Detailed wedding day itinerary

• Set up, NO tear down (additional fee applicable for tear down)

• Day of coordination with 8 hours of coverage

• Use of bridal emergency kit

• Must be contracted no less than 3 months prior to event date.

DAY OF COORDINATION

• Initial consultation plus 1 in person or virtual planning meetings

• Month of venue and vendor communication and finalization

• Unlimited e-mail communication

• Ceremony Directing and Day of Rehearsal 

• Detailed wedding day itinerary

• Day of coordination with 6 hours of coverage *

• Use of bridal emergency kit

• Additional fee applicable for set up, tear down or additional hours of coverage

• Must be contracted no less than 1 month prior to event date.
